every individual leaf is so beautiful!
Nature has endowed her with pleasing colors
like a bride ready for the wedding altar
but no, that’s not going to be …
she’s advancing on the path to her death
collectively …
it’s kind of a communal suicide
but why would they want to die when their youth is in full bloom
are they scared of old age? of health problems? of medical costs? …
or perhaps, it’s a problem of human understanding
maybe, their old age follows childhood and life ends in full youth
or their old age shows up in full bloom …
not as painful as ours
