0.1% control, less than 0.1% tries to fight back

0.1% controls the system in the US (the phenomenon is worldwide now)

supported by corporate media, corrupt govt. officials, & think tanks

I believe less than 0.1%* activists, writers, conchies, tries to stop injustice

the rest of the people?

many are busy attempting to realize the “American dream

many have billionaires, celebrities, sportspeople as role models

a very few succeed, but for most it’s an unattainable endeavor

about the rotten, exploitative, brutal system?

most, in a survival mode, try to make ends meet while coping with issues

some feel bad and are mad at the unfair system but are scared to counter

the state has all the means — violence, torture, surveillance — at its disposal

you have democratic right to shout from the rooftops …

unless you are not hindering the heavily unequal system in any manner

look at Julian Assange — a dead man fighting extradition

once in a while the system will rectify some unfairness …

but then, will reward the wealthy with much more goodies

so basically it is like one step forward and several steps backward

unless more people join in to resist and fight back

the vicious system will continue creating and devouring its victims
