certain characteristics presidential candidates should possess
such as hawkishness, overthrowing foreign governments,
waging wars, passing laws favorable to corporations, etcetera
the most important of them all is to please the Israel Lobby
Nikki Haley, the former Governor of South Carolina
and currently the US ambassador to the United Nations,
possesses the above attributes in plenty
regime change advocate:
“There’s not any sort of option
where a political solution is going to happen
with Assad at the head of the regime.”
(Russia came to Syria’s rescue; thus US failed to remove Assad)
anti-Iran lies:
“If we are speaking honestly
about conflict in the Middle East,
we need to start with the chief culprit,
Iran, and its partner militia, Hezbollah.”
“For decades they have conducted
terrorist acts across the region.”
(main terrorists/sponsors in the region are Israel,
the United States, and Saudi Arabia)
warring mentality:
“Enough is enough.
War is never something the United States wants.
We don’t want it now.
But our country’s patience is not unlimited.”
“We have kicked the can down the road long enough.
There is no more road left.”
(North Korea is a tiny country whose economy is a mess
it has nuclear weapons – a fraction of US nuclear arsenal
is not a threat to the US
but as usual, the US is always looking for excuse/s to start a war)
Pleasing Israel and it’s lobby
“To its shame, the United Nations has long been
a hostile place for the state of Israel.
Both the current and the previous Secretary-Generals
have objected to the UN’s disproportionate focus on Israel.”
“I’ve often wondered why, in the face of such hostility,
Israel has chosen to remain a member of this body.
And then I remember that Israel has chosen
to remain in this institution because
it’s important to stand up for yourself.
Israel must stand up for its own survival as a nation;
but it also stands up for the ideals
of freedom and human dignity
that the United Nations is supposed to be about.”
the above statements makes Haley the darling of Israel and the Israeli lobby
and makes her chances of running in the 2020 presidential elections brighter
“The president will be watching this vote carefully
and has requested I report back
on those countries who voted against us. We will take note
of each and every vote on this issue.”
the above roguish statement is a threat to countries
voting in the United Nations General Assembly
declaring US announcement to move its embassy to Jerusalem
a totally wrong move
