World Health Organization (WHO) has arranged for a surgery camp in PALGHAR, located about 120-kilometer north of Mumbai, India. I have talked to Dr. Fatema, one of the WHO team members. Please call her about your arrival details. They will send a van to pick you up at the station and take you to clinic for assessment and surgery. The details are given in her email as below.

From the 20th MAY 2010, IMPACT India is starting their FREE OPERATION CAMPS, and I am a Part of this event.
THE FREE SURGERIES will Include-
1) CLEFT LIPS — malformation of the face at birth (no age limitr)
2) MUSCULAR DEFORMITIES OF ANY TYPE CAUSED DUE TO POLIO, ARTHROSIS, etc.
3) CATARACTS
This Facility will be provided for a month and we are working towards including as many patients as we can.
As a responsible individual I appeal to you to kindly pass on this message to everybody and also request you to go out of your way and if you find children with these problems bring them to us. Illiteracy is a big issue.
