out of ignorance and/or for publicity, people use this ploy
saddened and humiliated, the boy came back to his home
filled with sounds of cleric’s accusations was his dome
he knew his folly and remembered the disgraceful scene
he chopped off his hand under the “grass-cutting machine”
“Why should I feel any pain or trouble in cutting off the hand
that was raised against the Holy Prophet?” our Master grand
“When I raised my right hand unwittingly, I realised I had
committed blasphemy and needed to atone for this,” so sad
