Can a dog be racist?

He emailed the following joke to his friends:
“A little boy said to his mother; ‘Mommy, how come I’m black and you’re white?’ His mother replied, ‘Don’t even go there Barack! From what I can remember about that party, you’re lucky you don’t bark!'”

one day, it so happened
that a white dog started talking
and writing like a human being
it was a miracle

this dog also enjoyed jokes
racist ones
that was another miracle
if one can call it that

he was trying to denigrate a colored human being
but in the process
he was denigrating a member of his own fraternity
when he said:
You’re lucky you don’t bark!”
this dog was a self hating dog
