IKWRO
The Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) is holding its 2011 conference “Whose honour are we talking about?” which will feature Egyptian feminist writer Dr Nawal el Saadawi amongst an international roster of speakers including guests from Germany and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, as well as IKWRO’s director, Diana Nammi, and Mak Chishty, the Association of Chief Police Officer’s lead on ‘honour’ based violence.
