Egypt: “Arab Spring” sunflower not fully matured

a matured sunflower comprises
of hundreds of smaller florets
and the sunflower of the Arab Spring
has not fully matured yet
as evident from the uneven results
in these various countries:

the Tunisian uprising of December, 2010
prompted the Egyptians to rise in January
Although Mubarak left, the military didn’t
the Supreme Council of Armed Forces
or SCAF remains in total control

however, one floret showed signs of maturity
when the “Flagman” Hamdeen Sabahi
de-flagged the Israeli Embassy on August 21
and replaced it with the Egyptian one

however, a week later, the Israeli flag was back on
that’s when the potential floret
found a chance to bloom in totality
for on August 29, the Israeli Ambassador fled Cairo
Egyptians had asked that he be sent back
for the Israeli killing of Egyptian soldiers
the US/Israeli puppets ignored this
so the people ransacked the Embassy
as yet, this floret is not crushed

the Israeli flag will fly again, no doubt
but the leaders in Tel Aviv
will have many a sleepless nights

Netanyahu, who had snubbed Obama in May
has sobered down and thanked him:
“I asked him to help, it was a decisive moment,
I would even say fateful,
he said he would do everything he could
to help and he did so.
He deployed all means and influence
and I think we owe him a special thank you.”

Obama could have
shown his displeasure
with Netanyahu as he did in March 2010
and demanded a permanent solution to the Palestine issue

but, Obama didn’t
