Al-Shifa Clinic has collaborated with Kaiser Permanente on a project for helping patients who are poor and have no insurance and need gall bladder surgery, hernia surgery, or cataract surgery. It will be free of any charge. Such patients please contact Khalid Memon by email at Khalid.memon@alshifafreeclinic.org or by phone at (909) 473-0600 ext. 101. Such patients will have to go to Alshifa clinic at 2034 Mallory Street, San Bernardino, 92407 for registration and initial examination. Patient must contact Khalid Memon no later than Monday 16th May, 2011. Only three days left.
