Dear Family and Friends,
Every spring, the bears come out of the trees (or something like that, I’m a city girl and don’t quite get it) and I come out of the haze of winter teaching to do readings.
In March, I have two performances at Zora Space, a fabulous venue in Brooklyn. The first reading is curated by Zohra Saeed and the second by Samantha Chanse and yours truly.
Comedy, poetry, cheap, delicious eats and drinks with a back garden.
Happy Spring!

NOTICE
MARCH 31, 7 PM
An evening of readings/performances
about jumping off
and moving on
Featuring Bushra Rehman, Youmna Chlala, Kamilah Aisha Moon, Julia May Jonas, and Samantha Chanse
Featuring writers and artists walking a razor’s edge between fearlessness and fearfulness, NOTICE is a series of readings and performances exploring that moment of stepping off the cliff and into the abyss. Moving to a new coast! Quitting a job! Ending a relationship! These and many more notices will be given as the featured artists announce, investigate, and question their next bold moves. Join us for an intoxicating evening navigating fear, resolve, panic, exhilaration, death, and rebirth. Be resolved. Be panicked. Be inspired.
