A member of the international advisory committee for Sakip Sabanci Museum and a highly decorated academic, Oleg Grabar died last Saturday. ‘Grabar was a most valuable academic and a dear friend to all of us,’ Sabanci Museum Director Dr. Nazan Ölçer says. Grabar, who had held prestigious lecture positions around the world, was buried Tuesday.
