nine years have passed
since Nine/Eleven
few unsuccessful attempts have been made
to avenge the death and destruction
visited upon Afghanistan and Pakistan
not to forget the totally uninvolved Iraq
on May 1 of this year
Faisal Shahzad, a US citizen of Pakistani origin
failed to blow up New Yorkers
day before yesterday
Farooque Ahmed, another United States citizen
originally from Pakistan, was arrested
allegedly helping Al Qaeda
in planning to bomb Metrorail stations
Shahzad went to Pakistan for training
but his car bomb didn’t explode
Ahmed thought he was helping Al Qaeda
but was actually a victim of the FBI sting operation
one wonders why do these idiots
go to Pakistan or deal with the FBI
when , in fact, it would be much easier and economical
to get help from the white armed militias in the US
