The hypocrite elite condemn an open racist

by B. R. GOWANI

“A rally of white supremacists, neo-Nazis, and alt-righters in Charlottesville, Virginia — protesting the potential removal of a statue of Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee — led to many violent clashes with counterprotesters and three deaths after a car plowed into a crowd and a state police helicopter crashed.” PHOTO/Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images/Buzz Feed

trump is racist, was, and will remain so
he tried to be a fascist but couldn’t
because the establishment proved stronger than him
but he could, at least, side with and defend
the neo-Nazis/alt-righters/white supremacists

for a while it seemed the US was not morally bankrupt
the army, politicians, Congresspersons, ex presidents, corporations
censured the President and condemned racism
it felt so good and safe

but on second thought censure and condemnation felt plain hypocrisy
the United army has waged the most wars on black and brown nations
one can count on finger tips politicians who have opposed the wars
Congress has mostly sided with presidents who waged those wars
presidents have waged wars without any reasonable reason
corporations have profited immensely from these wars

Racism in the US has never experienced a bout of ill-health
at the present time, it’s undergoing a phase of extra energy
