I have been working on an idea.. the content of an e-mail (reproduced below) which I sent to British politician George Galloway will explain it all..

I have an idea and need help to make it work.
I have contact with many who are sympathetic to the Palestinian cause, many who would like to do something for the people of Gaza but don`t know how.
My Idea is this: for everyone who wants to give something to the children of Gaza to donate the price of a bicycle plus a little extra for expenses and for someone, like yourself, to take the bicycles to the kids in Gaza.
I shared my idea with Stu Littlewood, editor of radio free Palestine and he put me in touch with a man called David Halper, whose organisation does charity work in Gaza. He, at present, is waiting for “permission” from the “powers that be”, Israelis/Zionists, to “grant him permission” to go there.
Disgusting, isn`t it, that these people are subjugated in this manner.
I already know which little kid I would like to give a bike to. I saw his terrified little face so many times in the horrific pictures coming out of Gaza during the slaughter in Dec/Jan. I would dearly love the chance to put a different expression on that child`s face. David Halper said he could help me to try to find that particular boy. Maybe those who donate bicycles would like to do the same, choose a child to give a bicycle to.
Couldn`t we all work together to make this happen?
